Privacy Policy

What we collect

For shops: business contact details, staff names and roles, and billing information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers). For boat owners, on behalf of their shop: name, contact details, vessel details, repair-job status information, and messages exchanged about their repair.

How we use it

Only to operate the service for the shop that provided it: preparing and sending repair updates, tracking approvals, organizing replies, and producing reports for that shop. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use one shop's data for another shop.

Who sees what

Each shop's data is separated by account. Customers can access only their own job information through secure links. We access shop accounts only to provide support and the managed service.

Retention & deletion

Shops can export their records and request deletion. On cancellation we retain records for 30 days for export, then delete them, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.

Untrusted content

Customer emails, attachments, and notes are treated as data, never as instructions to our systems.
